1. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding
related to your use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent
jurisdiction located in Texas.
2. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, parties are required to attempt to resolve disputes through
American Arbitration Association. If arbitration fails, parties may then proceed with legal action
in the courts of Texas.
3. Limitations of Liability
Jobnur’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or
use.
4. Force Majeure
Jobnur is not responsible for failures to perform due to causes beyond our control, such as
natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions.
5. Tasker Liability
Taskers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their actions. Taskers agree
to indemnify Jobnur against any claims related to the services they provide.
6. Customer Liability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services. Jobnur is
not liable for any consequences arising from the misuse of the platform.
