The customer may cancel a job you posted before the customer accepts a bid, they will not be charged anything. Once the customer accepts the bid and the tasker starts moving, the charges will begin. If the tasker is halfway there and the customer cancels the job the customer will be charged 50% of the cancellation charge. If the tasker does not arrive within the given time, the customer may cancel a Job and contact our customer care then their cancellation charges may be waived. The customer may post the same job again if the tasker doesn’t show up within the given time. Cancellation fees compensate the workers for their given time. After the tasker arrives at the given place and the customer cancels, the customer will be charged 100% of the cancellation fees which differs each category.
